WeeTurtle: The Knight's Tale and the 2001 film with Heath Ledger. It is not the same story. The film, theoretically could be one of Chaucer's tales (he intended four for each) but it is not this one. The one he wrote involves 2 cousins and their love for one woman. Also Theseus.

WeeTurtle: Blade Runner (1982) by Ridely Scott would be the film. Good movie, and good visualization I think, but too much content is missing. Notably, an entire religion that's relevant to the story.

WeeTurtle: The 2007 film with Will Smith. Yes, there is a dog, it is not that dog. It's not that kind of legend.

WeeTurtle: Aesthetically, the 2009 movie is great. It looks like they used the comics for a storyboard, and much of the narration is point. Thing is, there were some changes made, perhaps because of politics at the time or because the actual ending might have been a little too outrageous. In my opinion, they made Dr. Manhattan more sympathetic than he was in the comic, and Adrian less so. There's also an entire missing sub-comic.
